Hope for MENA is in need of volunteers who are both highly capable professionals in their field and committed to engage in transforming communities in the Middle East and North Africa.

You must be sympathetic with an enthusiasm for the vision and mission of Hope for MENA.  All applicants must be team-players and willing to adapt to frequent challenges during involvement with Hope for MENA. Communication skills, ability to listen and understand other people's needs is a must.  

Hope for MENA is a multi-culture environment and all candidates should have good verbal and written skills in English. German would be considered an advantage. Some positions may require international travel.

English Writer/Editor

The Writer/Editor is a key member of the Communications Department. The applicant must be proficient in creatively writing and editing news stories for dissemination in multiple formats, utilising various media platforms. The successful candidate must have an excellent standard of English, and skills in journalism and communication.

Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative graphic designer for the Communication Department with up‑to-date knowledge to interpret our ministry and to design solutions with high visual impact. The candidate will work on a variety of products, including website, magazine, e‑news letter, brochures, social media, exhibitions and help shape our corporate identity.

Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a driven specialist in Social Media who can work on different platforms to attract and interact with our supporters. The job also includes responsibility to create and maintain a new website. The Social Media Specialist must be a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for implementing Hope for MENA's strategy, creating relevant content, community participation and lead us to the next level on Social Media.

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the portfolio of strategic social impact and projects that are supported by restricted funds. The candidate is in charge of developing strategic media project proposals, the oversight and coordination of projects, as well as relevant donor reporting. A university degree is required and prior experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage.
