Eve: “I had come here to teach; but although I saw Mahya in class, I ended up really connecting with her in an unexpected way. It began when our group of volunteers at the Centre noticed a large open sore on one of the children’s feet.”
We are taught to mask the truth because, “it’s better if you keep that to yourself,” and that the best way to lead is from our strengths instead of our weakness.
God’s love is changing a community. This is what God does when He gets ahold of a community. He builds up His followers to be the carriers of His Spirit to the most destitute places in the world.

Seeing 150 children who have faced some of the most horrible brutalities possible be so joyful and freely happy is something no human can refuse to smile at. In the words of 8 year old Jacob who came along to both days:“This is the best day of my live.”
